I have a Skoda Rapid, Registration No. - RJ 14 AC 0521. I have been servicing my car from SAGA Automotives, Jaipur since last three years. I have had bad experiences in the past also. But the last experience was the worst. They have cheated with a lot of things. My car went to their workshop for accidental repair, they kept my car for around 30 days and then returned the car with a lot of faults. My EGR sensor was not working, one of the pipes connecting the engine was damaged, left headlight was broken. And let me inform you my car is insured with 0 Dep. Insurance.
After a lot of email exchanges SAGA Automotives agreed to replace the EGR Sensor, but there were no clarifications on the other two issues I mentioned above. When this was under process, SAGA Automotives was shut down due to legal consequences they were facing.
After this I started contacting the Skoda Customer Service but there has been response.
At last, I am filing a consumer complaint against SKODA and seek your help on what to do to get my car back in a proper condition.
