MICRO CRN 1945000508 DT 13/06/2018.BOOKED AT 8:49 PM DT 12/06/2018.CAR BOOKED FOR JOURNEY FROM ASTHA APPT,SN COLONY ,NABAPALLY(NEAR CARE AND CURE HOSPITAL)BARASAT TO HOWRAH RLY STATION ON 13/06/18.PICK UP TIME WAS 5:15 AM .DRIVER RANG UP ME FROM AIRPORT AT 05:15 FROM MOB NO .4045206094 THAT HE RECEIVED THE MESSAGE AT 05:15 ONLY AND HIMSELF CANCELLED THE BOOKING.I WAS PANICKED AS I HAD TO CATCH THE TRAIN FROM HOWRAH FOR TATANAGAR AT 06:55 AM BY ISPAT EXP WITH MY FAMILY OF THREE.WITH HEAVY LUGGAGES WE HAD TO WALK FOR COLONY MORE TO ARRANGE A CAR.NO DRIVER AGREED TO MOVE FOR HOWRAH.I WAS PUZZLED.THEN IT WAS 05:50 AM I MANAGED A TAXI ON PAYMENT OF RS.1500.SOME HOW WE REACHED HOWRAH AT 06:45 AM .WITH THE HELP OF COOLIE WE CAUGHT THE TRAIN IN A VERY WRETCHED MANNER.FROM MORNING 05:15 AM WE WERE TENSED AND PANICKED.IF THE BOOKING WOULD HAVE CANCELLED EARLIER THE SCEDULED PICK UP TIME WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HARRASED LIKE ANYTHING.
