My car TATA SUMO GOLD MH04 GM 3145 met with an accident on dt 13/05/2016 , i gave the car to the service centre on dt 14/05/2016, the work manager Mr. Yogendra Girase of Krishna motors authorised service centre of TATA motors. told me that the insurance amount will be claimed the amount difference nothing more than 3000 Rs due to 0 depth insurance & charged extra 1300 Rs for cleaning, so as per that condition i give car to Krishna motor & we have received payment difference 20970 Rs.
Total payment gave to Krishna motors 59210 Rs & received payment from insurance company RS 38240.
I had asked in insurance office & they told Krishna motors charged extra labour charges, which was not payable.
And also they delayed the delivery of the car by 25 Days because that i lost 12500 RS(i hire another car for 25 days 500 Rs per day charges) , as per attached job card estimated delivery date was 30/05/2016 but they deliver on dt 25/06/2016.
Work Quality (painting not proper & sticker not stick properly.)
My claim amount total 29170 & the bifurcation is 16670 payment(less RS 3000 agreed difference + RS 1300 cleaning charges difference) & 12500 of hire car 25 days
