Hyundai verna Damaging my car, False Billing, Misbehave, Harassment

I had given my hyundai verna crdi 2008 for normal service on 6th Nov. After reveiving my car back from them i found that my car was not washed for which the bill was added,they claimed that they have chaged the headlamp bulb which was not changed and the bill was added. Very next day after receiving my car i m facing starting problem. On communicating this to the serving manager named Faiaz misbehaved with me. Later they asked me to give them the car for resoving my issue. Now it has been 14 day days neither they are giving my car back to me nor my issue is resolved. They said to give them 50000 Rs only then they will resolve they issue.I have beared huge loss during these days and really frustrated. Need help
