I had give my car for servicing on 17th Oct 2018 to Pawan Hundai. When I drive 500 meter and kept in the parking I saw oil engine was floating on the floor. I again contacted Pawan Hundai they corrected and handded over my car when i drive 2-3 days, i noticed noise in the engine. I again went to pawan hundai. Engineere tolad me that somebody dropped iron particles in the engine resulting complete engine failure. The complete expennce would be 30k around.
I contacted customer service of Pawan hundai. They opend the body and not found anything. I taken back my car and given outside when engineer opend the body he saw one small particles in the body (sperical) damaged entire engine.
I asked them, i had given the key for servicing. you are the resposible person so you have to correct the same but they rejected.
