Defected Car Sell to Me By Mr. Arun Lagwal and GM Mr. Chandel

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I am Sameer Mahajan buy A New TATA TIAGO WIZZ on 25th Dec. 2017. At that time no one offer me test drive even of my own car and said that Sir your car is ready for gate pass and sign some papers and go that time they behaving like why he is sitting there just take your car and leave. They want to sell a defeced pice to me.
1) ECO Button not working
2) Caim for wrong Information given to me regarding ECO Button from service center
3)Front left side sheet problem
4) Back Sheet Problem
5) Back Sheet Belt Break
6) Fule Tank was Not Opened through given Button

When I buy this car ECO Button was not working and Sales Person said no need to worry when you'll be there for 1st Service then it'll be changed. It's 4 month ago the problem is still unresolved. Once in a while when I was at Kullu around 200km far from Tata Motors Hamirpur a girl from Tata motors Hamirpur called from +91 98059 66679 this number to me and said sir please visit our service station at Hamirpur and get you ECO Button changed, I specially come to service station and when reach there the ECO Button which was tagged with me Cheese And Engine number was not matched with my car model and they said we have to raise the button again and that Time Will change the button and gate pass handed over to me.
I want claim for this mistake do by service station and for Harassment. Because it's 4 months gone and the problem is still not resolved and they wrongly confirm me to visit the branch for ECO Button Change.
Total KM driven due to this mistake was 400 km.
Left side sheet noise irritated sound and when I say the problem at time of second service Dentor said sir the problem will resolve if we beld the sheet with gas belding machine. When I refuse that I want it changed not beld then they refuse to change then I call Mr. Chandel GM of TATA Motors Hamirpur on my 12th call he picked the call and said that your problem will be resolved within 5 Days but it's two week gone the problem will remain same, It's not resolved.
In between when I buy this car my payment was pending to pay, Mr. Arun Lagwal trying to threat me when he called me and said to pay the all money and I ask him to resolve my issues and take the money if you don't then please take you car back then Mr Arun Lagwal said if you're not giving our car money I'll be at Kullu with my fellows and then I will recover all the price and take your car as well as back to our agency for resale, And forcing me to pay all the money without resolution of my issues.
He Harassing me and sold me a defected pice. And when all the discussion held with GM Mr. Chandel and I request him to give me contact number of MD, then he refuse my request and said that be in your limits and no need to talk with MD.
As per my feedback they are just trying to sell Third Party Products like service Insurance and all.
