I own i-20 MH 02 CL 9364 which I had registered with Kunal Motors servicing by buying their voucher worth Rs. 2000/- approx. which offers free pick up and delivery of car along with other servicing discounts.
I want to say that I am very disappointed with customer services of Kunal Motors workshop, Dadi Lane, SV Road, Vile Parle (West). I had called the workshop on 20.5.16 i.e. Friday evening and asked for a pick up for servicing on Saturday. The customer executive assured me that my car will be picked up on Saturday at 10 am. However when no one came till 12 pm, I called the workshop and was informed that due to some miscommunication the car could'nt be picked up and they were sorry for inconvenience. Then they assured that my car would be definitely picked up on Monday i.e.23.5.16 at 9.30-9.45 am as I leave for work at 9.45 am. However to my utter dismay no one came for pick up till 10 am after which I left for work.
This is highly unprofessional and caused me much mental harassment.
