independent set top box no.510019011045872 Customor's ID 043603C9 that i had packed all channels for one year on 24/02/2019, but after some days one-two channels start disappearing and after about 15-20 days about half the channels disappeared.All most ail channels of zee group, Republic TV, Republic Bharat, most of the English news channels were not beaming. Now for last two days all system is stopped without any information/notice. This company has cheated consumers and caused mental and financial harassment to me and my family members.Independent tv customer care no. not available for most time, if available no response and call is disconnected. I request you to take strict action against independent tv so that rights of consumers are protected.it seems to be regular problem with this operator. please inform me the action taken against the operator.
