sir i have tata sky dth id 1080534181
due to change of position of satellite at their end i was not getting signals i mailed my grievance to them on 19.3.2016
their personnel visited on 21.3.2016 ---no mention of charges for visit was done by them and on my repeted clarification with their senior i was told that if a hardware is faulty then only u will be charged ----the service was done and it was found that there is some distraction for which dish direction was changed slightly no part was changed------to my horror on 23.3.2016 directly from my account rs 170 were docked fr the service without any prior intimation it is clear malpractice as there was no negligennce on part of customer to be responsible fr loss of signals in the first place no part of hardware was faulty----please highlight these malpractice---sandeep mehta 9760533233
