आदरणीय महोदय,
मैं ब्राडबैड कनेक्शन उपभोक्ता हूँ। मेरा एकाऊंट नम्बर 1025586856 है। फोन नम्बर 257665 है। एस टी डी 05446 है।
मैं अपना ब्राडबैंड कनेक्शन कटवाना चाहता हूँ। मैं बिल पूरा जमा दिया हूँ जब कि लास्ट जमा की तिथि 26/7/2019 है।अब मैं आगे का बिल जमा नहीं कर पाऊंगा। मैं अब आगे का बिल जमा करने मेंं असमर्थ हूँ। अब मुझे ब्राडबैड का कोई ऊपयोग नहीं रहा है।
अतः मेरा कनेक्शन 26-07-2019 तक काट देने की कृपा करें जिससे अगला बिल न देना पड़े।
