AC installation not done as per scheduled day, poor service

I am totally disappointed with your service, You people are not seeing at all customer satisfaction.
I called SO MANY time for last 4 days for A.C installation and which was schedule WITH IN 24 HOURS but no any response from YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT , I CALLED SO MANY TIMES UR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT but person denied for today installation. , is this way to schedule service??
Is this is a right way to support your customer???
LAST MORNING 410:45 PM i have spoken with YOUR senior escalation team PERSON and stated i can not give you any surety and he is helpless to solve this issue, is that customer service?? Is this my duty to do follow ups with everywhere..

This is totally disgusting your height of Ignorance with respect to customer. Please take action on priority
