Veda Network ISP Provider service support issue

I am having connection from Veda Network Coimbatore from 2020,their service support is very poor, I have complaint about this to HR, they have agreed that it won't happen again, whenever internet issue, it's tough to get proper support from this vendor, I have requested to refund my initial deposit which is 1500,but still now no response from them. I won't refer this isp provider to any of my friend.
