Dear Sir,

I purchased a Mobile (Spice Xlife M5+)from HOMESHOP18.com on 13 JAN, 2016. MOBILE IMEI NO. 911451754044884, But mobile is not working properly. I went to service center many time. I submitted my mobile two time at service center for company advance repairing center. First time I submitted my mobile for company advanced repairing center on date 21-04-2016 and second time on date 05-08-2016, but still now my mobile not working properly.
presently Problem in mobile
1. auto switch-off and for switch on need to battery reset again and again.
2. earphone point not working.

I am facing this problem form MARCH 2016 but they are not able to repair my mobile. Now I want that company change this mobile or refund the amount.

Please help me.
