I have booked a tour package for Andman and Nicobar through Avemariya Pvt Ltd for the duration 09.01.2022 to 15.01.2022 and its booking voucher attached here for reference.
Advance payment also done of Rs 23,000.00 for aforementioned booking. Its payment proof & receipt attached for reference.
Due covid situation and government guidelines in Andman and Nichobar, I was canceled my booking on dated 05.01.2022. The travel agency also confirmed that cancellation and committed to process full refund as per cancellation policy.
Firstly, Mr. Pramod Kumar owner of Travel agency was in touch with me and saying that refund in under process.
But now he is not picking my calls.
Kindly do the needful please.
