I have an ASUS X556UA Laptop.
It started developing some issues,

1. It stopped charging, for that i took it to ASUS , COMPUAGE service centre, vashi Mumbai on 2016/07/06
RMA numbers: INAP670116 ( Laptop was not getting charged, service person changed the battery and it took them 10days for them to replace the battery)

Problem resolution date : 2016/07/16

2. After this laptop started getting restart automatically . I registered for on-site
On-site service: Case ID: A1607150093 (2016/07/21)

Problem resolution date : 2016/07/22

3. Now, Both the above problems are occurring (not charging, getting restarted)
I Tried to escalate the issue they provided a case ID = A1607167607 and said you’ll get a call back from someone senior.
Again, opted for On-site service
Case ID : A1607169710

Being an IT employee, Laptop is very crucial to me, and they don’t have engineers who can properly identify the problems and fix it . Now, I want this laptop replaced, since its impacting my work. Also, a lot of damage has been done on my job due to this laptop issue. Govt should provide help to take actions against these companies. I have all the proofs required to take necessary actions.
