Booked our room for Manali through OYO app on 20th Dec for 24th Dec 12 PM to 25th Dec 11AM & 25th Dec 12 PM to 26th Dec 11A @ 799 Rs per day deluxe room including Breakfast. OYO provide us confirmed intimation for booking. After reaching to hotel which is very far away from Bus stand & Mall Road Manali, Hotel Beas Ganga didn't provide us room. Telling that room price is 4,000, we can't provide u room. May be they selling at hight price due to peak season.We called to OYO helpdesk no. & but they can't help us, telling same that pay 4,000 & u get room.
They force us either i cancel ur booking or pay 4,000 to them. This is pure cheating with us. Oyo or hotel no one inform us that they didn't give us room. After travelling 20 hrs we were so tired & taking Taxi for 600 to get Hotel but face such issue. After such we searching hotels near by but due to peak time all hotels were fully booked. If any room available it cost too high. After lot of searching we get room in evening around 4pm @ 3400 per day. We were suffering from headache & cold there for hunting room. Our first day & almost 2nd day due to fever waste there. I have call recording which i record later but sufficient to proved u & U can check that they cancel our booking after 12 pm around 12.30 after we get there & lot of discussion around
I claim 60,000 for wasting our time first for sign up & booking best hotel fir us & then in searching room there,+ conveyance for reaching & back from there, + getting room at very high price due to at the time booking, we may get same room cheap prive if we book earlier on other apps, + wasting our precious holiday vacation + mental harresment.
