I had booked flight from MakeMyTrip for “Mumbai-Toronto”. But due to some issues i had to cancel my flight. I called MMT and they said we cannot cancel it, you have to do it directly with my airlines (JetAirways). I called JetAirways, they directed me to MakeMyTrip. I again called MMT and they said “okay, we will do it”. Initially they denied. Then they cancelled it and informed me that you will get refund in 12 hours. I didn’t get any refund within that time. Then again I called them and they said “wait for 6 days” and I waited. I didn’t get any refund. Then again I called and they said “wait for another 6 days”. I waited and I didn’t get any refund. I called them again and they said wait for 3-4 days. I waited and I didn’t get any refund. It’s been 29 days today. I’m still waiting to get my refund amount Rs. 44837. Please help me. It’s not a small amount. They are not answering me properly. I am so helpless. I can’t let that amount go. It’s not easy to earn that much money. Please help me.
