I booked an earring yesterday night online and initially did cash in on delivery option.
Then I got this message below -
Your order 200493863 for Classic Gold Tone Kundan In... Earrings has been successfully placed. Products will be shipped in a max of 12 working days. Please check your email for more details. Thank you for shopping at Jaypore.
But then immediately I got a message from jaypore saying pay within 1 hour in a link and then they will process my order. this is the message below -
Your Jaypore order 200493861 is received but payment is pending. Pay in the next 1 hour by clicking the link http://bit.ly/33fjl5e and we will process your order.
I did so and made the payment. Money has been deducted from my card but I haven't got a single email as yet in acknowledgement of the payment or my order. Is this professional on your end? What nonsense is this?? And both the orders have different numbers also. If this is the case I want s full refund of my order then or an acknowledgement that my order has been received and is being processed. I want IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS RIGHT NOW!!!
