Sir/ma'am, I have booked a hotel through goibibo on 24 April booking id - HTL3D6G9JH .Rs 102217. On canacelation policy they mentioned full refund and it will credited to the source from where the money was received .
After cancaltion they are crediting the fund as Gocash .Where as as per policy it should been refunded to my card .please help to get my fund refunded .plz help
