Respected Sir/Madam,
Last 6 to 8 months am facing this issue continuously, am booking the gas cylinder thru HP IVR and i get the booking confirmation as well. post which after two to three days the booking gets cancelled automatically after receiving the invoice details. Several times this is occurring. eg: Memo - 502660 got cancelled stating that no one to intake the delivery where as people are waiting at home for the cylinder.
Again i had to book and i got the booking no: 505273 for which i received the memo 118858 dated 13.05.2017. Still not delivered. Very pathetic service and really bad to keep people waiting at home like this unable to do any other activities outside. Seriously ashamed of this type of service.
