Coupon not redeem complain with Little app service

Yesterday I select 1199 deal from batli sector 29 gurugram. I did complete all the process of payment through little app amount was deduct from my paytm but in the app purchase coupon did came in my little app profile. I talk to batli Maneger he said there should be coupon in your little app profile then only I can redeem other wise I can't. I have payment code of paytm.
