Useless customer care service by axis. Their CC person has put me on hold since last 20 mins. That CC girls was supposed to connect my call to her senior.
I have received false payment success not due to which now I have to bear extra 100 overhead. Axis bank is not ready to accept their mistake. I received message & mail regarding payment SUCCEESSFULL note. Now how on earth the payment has not received by desired entity!!!! And CC is not even answering the query properly. Useless
