Always when we are visiting th said branch, there net not working.No faculty fr Sr citizens there/womens.Yesterday I was surprised in the morning I wth my aunty aged 72yrs went to bank.Requested th lady manager that my aunty can,t stand because of operation in knee,s.Pl help her to get th payment done she told to sit in chair and wait for ur no.No water faculty.There were so many senior citizen who were annoyed.Pl verify so that customers should not feel problem.
