This Complaint is being filed against the PRD Refrence No. NPCI/NFS/PRD/2018-19/11459 DT. 19.07.18
The Matter is that the Complainant withdraw rupees 10000/- Against Uco Bank ATM Card No. 6070 6610 2802 4074 AATM Id No. APCN09534 ATM Location Harish Chandra Ka Bagh Dadri U.P RRN No. 809819002741 Transtion ID No. 28707930994 Dt. 08.04.18 Tran. time 19:40:18 But The amount of Rupees 10000/- was not given by The ATM And this Amount was Debited To My UCO Saving Bank A/C No. 10280100009250.
The Matter was brought immediately in the Knowledge of Branch Manager UCO Bank Firozabad. He Advised that This Matter will be referred to ARBITRATION And I Was Asked to Pay Rupees 590/- as ARBITRATION Fee.
This Amount of rupees 590/- was debited to my account on 24.06.18.
now I have Received. the ARBITRATION order in which my Request has been Rejected. more over I Was assured to was CCTV footage will be displayed before me But No Footage was Displayed.
You are requested to Please take Necessary Action and issue order to UCO Bank to Refund Rupees 10000/- to me.
