This is to inform you that my father late shri Fakira Sharma died in march 06 . 2018. He had an pension a/c in BOI A/c no. 466110100011422. (PPO no. DBRT/MECH/PEN.1202).After the death the pension had to transfer to my mother a/c who is the nominee of the pensioner. I have submitted all the documents to the bank 6 months before. But still no response had been taken by the employee of BOI. Please provide me the solution as quick as possible.
