Complain against Kotak Mahindra bank

I am customer of SBI bank- Chhapra Road branch, Navsari Gujarat.

I have deposited one cheque of Kotak mahindra bank in my account but it was returned by Kotak Mahindra Bank by saying that this cheque is ING vysya and Kotak Mahindra Bank so it can not be cleared in my city home branch but it will go to outstation.

Now as per pic attached , this cheque can be deposited in my city but due to Kotak Mahindra Nvasari branch has not updated his software after 1 year of merging , my cheque got cancelled.

I was charged 225 Rs as rejection of cheque where i was not in fault and further more its Kotak bank who has not updated their system.
