The general universal phenomenon process accepted as terms & conditions on monthly pre-paid services.

• If the cyclic period ends on 5th of any month
• And the (advance) Pre- payment is endorsed on 6th of any month
• It is assumed the cyclic period starts on same day ie; 6th of the paid month

Herein from the date of payment – ie; 6-2-2023, (Receipt Attached) the services have not been provided today yet being the 3rd day, arguing with a battery of Airtel official for resuming the services went in vain

Meantime we are still put into limited access zone.

In conclusion from airtel official it is said that their services are only rendered for 20-22 days and we have to pay for 30 days for the coming cyclic period in future, we may also try by paying an additional advance amount to cross check, by ignoring the earlier advance payment.
