International roaming charges without opting for

Im an NRI. I have been charged roaming charges for 10 days wrongly and they reverse a few days. My question is without I m opting how can this be charged. Even if so 649 is one day charge and automatically deactivated unless you opt again. How come these are charged without my request. I'm afraid if anybody keep roaming Airtel will charge without your consent. I have paid and unable to fight. If anybody had this same problem we can fight together in court.
