Hi Airtel Team,
This is regarding my service request raised for closing the sim services, Request number:-86465690, my service request was closed without my concern and without my approval, the retention team from Airtel called and harassed us multiple times by calling and asking us to restore services by offering multiple useless and fake schemes. They called once and my mother answered the call and they offered some prepaid scheme to which my mother replied , you can talk to my son for this offer but soon after that without calling me and without my approval, they closed the request for closing my sim services. I need the call recording if I gave the approval for closing the request. If I do not receive any response from you guyz, I am seriously going to consumer court for this harassment and I mean it. . That is really a bad service and customer experience. Another request is raised for closure of sim services. Now they will again start calling and harassing and now I AM EAGERLY WAITING FOR THEIR NEXT CALL.
