i have complaint many time to airtel for network and coverage to the airtel care and they visit more than 8 times to the locatin and aggred for the network issue and assure to me that they will take action and resolve problem. but after the 9 times complaint they are not able to solve the problem and and sent the problem has been resolve the service request closed.

1)There airtel network condition is very bad.
2)There are many more airtel customers but they have faced network problems
3) Network speed is very low
4) there have no 4G network
So I would like to request you please solve this problems as soon as possible

Airtel, which is supposed to be a service provider with a large customer base often uses the excuse of servers being down. I m an existing customer who is waiting for 4 days to get the basic sim activities (call and SMS) running in my phone. The customer service does not have a escalation matrix and no sense of responsibility to even finish their task at hand of getting the work done. All that they call is to get more time and talk like parrots without committing to their SLA's.
