Dear Sir
I have made a payment of Rs 12,953 against Rs 1,295 on 7th August,2019.
I have registered the complaints regarding the refund of excess amount on 8th August,2019. but customer care executive told me that the refund will be credit in 14 Working days.
But till today (3-9-2019)i have not received any amount and the customer care executive are still saying that the amount will credit in 14 Working days.
Kindly do the needful.
