Complain against Airtel Money deducted but recharge not done

This is so frustrating to write this to you on your email as your customer care team is failed to sort out my issue.

Name - Madan Lal Gattani
On this account, I had done a online recharge of 1500/- on 6th August, 2016 from airtel website. The transaction was failed and the digital TV was not recharged but amount was deducted from my bank account.
Transaction ID - 160806463843 (See attached image of msg received)
Now, when i raised this complaint (Complaint No - 54100893), your customer care says your amount will be refunded to your account within 48 hours. Then your back end team has contacted me that it will be done within 7 days. Till 14th, nothing was done. So, i had raised again with new complaint No - 54257660.
Now, on 17th August, when I spoke to your customer care, they says the complaint has been closed.????? How can you do this without sorting out the issue and taking my consent of resolving the problem?????????? My money has still not refunded to me................
The supervisor of your customer care says I need to put email to you with the details. After this, I have sent several email from 17th Aug to till now along with the proof and bank statement 4 times but there is no resolution and no one addressd the problem till now.
Pls note the above details and refund my money ASAP...
Let me tell you this is height of un- professionalism for your almost 10 year old customer.
I hope with above attached details, the issue will be resolved and i will get my money back in my account.
