Hi,
I have taken airtel secure plan from airtel to cover my phone from accidental and liquid damage.
I have kept my phone on charging on referigerator. Phone was on vibratuon mode, it ranged many times and due to vibration it fall down from the referigerator amd display got broken.
I filled my claim with airtel to get it repaired, airtel is now rejecting the claim saying that it was my negligence to keep the phone for charging on referigerator.
Airtel and one assist are doing the scam in namr of insurance, you can find number of complaints on consumer forum regarding this plan. They have just found out way to fool the people in name of insurance premium.
I would request airtel to prove that keeping phone on referigerator is negligence and what is the accident means?
