Hello Sir/Madam,
I want to let you know one the cheating done by one of the resellers in Kerala.
The connection place is in Pathirappally, Alappuzha, Kerala, India. I have a dth connection and from the start i have been doing just yearly plans. Currently am not in India and so my mother did the recharge this time. She handed over the agent an amount 2200Rs and the agent has cheated and recharged for 498 + 6 and changed the plan from yearly to 3months. From yesterday the connection is suspended and on contacting the person, he said he will fix the issue, but till now nothing has been done. Believing the agent, i too did not check the same. Now i logged in and found the details.

My mother had called a number displayed in the TV and complained and then she got a call from another number, which is 9567241885.
This guy said that he will call the first guy and fix the issue, but till now no response. What should we do now.
Later on the next day the issue was resolved and the guy recharged the account with 1398 and now this type it got extended another few months. Today again its getting unvalid.


What should a general people like us do?
However am reporting this to the company as a primary basis and let me see if there is some action against this. This time am going to take this to the next level.
Hope to get a response as soon as possible.
