AIRTEL STORE Overcharging for services and not providing bill

Whenever anY customer visits the airtel store, they are being Overcharged for their services.
They give no receipt for the transactions. The amounts mentioned in the airtel site are far different from what is being collected. For example, my sim stopped working suddenly on 8th april. I went to the Airtel store in Tanuku. They replaced the sim, and collected Rs.50/-. When i asked them for bill, they said "NO AIRTEL OFFICE GIVES YOU ANY BILL, YOU CAN CONTACT ANY OFFICE". I said when i have paid the amount , it's my right to demand a bill. They didnt give me any bill. When i complained to 121 they said they will look into the matter and suggested me to mind my own business. I got to know that a nominal charge of Rs.25/- should be charged in the postpaid bill for sim swap but they charged me Rs.50/- extra without a bill. When i talked to my friend, I got to know that he had been charged Rs.100/- . This is when the scam was noticed, they were over charging all the customers for avaling services from them which are ranging from Rs.50-500. The airtel management had a deaf ear to all my complaints. The store manager said you can complaint to anyone and we aren't afraid of anything. The scam is aggregating in lakhs of Rupees per month. Perhaps the Airtel management has knowingly not taken any action as they have their share
