Airtel DTH Customer Care - No Signal received for most of my channels

I had Installed a new Airtel DTH on 16th Aug 2018 and since then my problem of getting HD channels that I have paid for has started. I have repeatedly called airtel and written to them but no one seems to be interested in resolving my issue even though I have paid them subscription charges of Rs5750 for a year. All I have been doing is waiting for a technician to come and rectify the error they have caused or call Airtel and ask them where the technician is or the current status of my problem. I am attaching a PDF of all the emails exchanged between me and Airtel and I wish there was some way I could Have a recording of the number of calls I've made to them or the running aroundand time and effort I have put in only so that I could get this issue sorted out. I am terribly disappointed with Airtel and want them to fix this at the a earliest as today is over a week since I have been following up with them and there has been no satisfactory response or help from them.
