2G speed given on 4G rate, Airtel after seeing his challenging advertisement of India's Fastest Sma

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ported my mobile no. 9693997647 to Airtel after seeing his challenging advertisement of India's Fastest Smart Network. But after recharging of 4g Plan into Airtel I obtained very low speed (<2G Speed). For this I registered two times complain on 198 no.. Both time They only answering there is an indoor network updation work is going on it will be solved very soon. But they are not confirming the time to be taken for best service. I also tried it in Patna area where my speed was same. Only few times I got 4G speed.
I think Airtel is doing scam with customer for maintaining his price war losses. They are only giving 2G speed on 4G price.
So, Please do the needful action for consumer losses due to his faulty service

sir, I am from jehanabad Bihar.one shop Khushi ice parlour at malahachak more jehanabad (Pin code-804408) tin no 10224550052.I have bought amul milk and its products like paneer many times from this shop and always he gives at 3-4 rupees higher than MRP.
And claims that he charges it for freezing and cooling charges.also many times like coldrinks and softdrinks are sold at price higher than MRP. when asked about selling at rate higher than MRP,he claims that go and you complain wherever you want to ???sir, there are also few other shops like this in that place where there needs strict action against those.please look into this matter.
