My name is Sneha. We had booked a tour for vietnam from 18th to 26th May which included flight tickets as well as land package. The flight tickets were issues by Vietnam Airlines with code share flight of Jet Aiirways from Mumbai to BKK and back.
Due to recent incidents with Jet Airways, they had canceled our flight and the same was conveyyed to travel agent Luxmi(luxmi@traveltriangle.com) who had assisted in booking our tickets. We had clearly opted for alternative flights as it was mentioned on Vietnam airlines website as wel that alternate flights will be given.
But the travel agent – Luxmi and Akansha Sigh conveyed to Vietnam airlines that tickets should be cancelled and full refund be provided. On repeatedly asking them about this issue, they told us that Vietnam Airlines said they cannot provide and alternative flights and hence they are giving full refund.
When we directly contacted Vietnam airlines, they readily agreed to provide alternative flights and said that our agents (Travel Triangle) had asked for refund and did not opt for alternative flight hence they did approve cancellation and provided with refund.

This is a clear case of mishap from Travel Triangle. We have email communications with Vietnam airlines stating above. Request you to please look into this matter.

Expecting Travel triangle to provide with compensation for trauma we faced during change of flights and also the extra cost we had to bear for booking our flight tickets
