Investors Clinic has booked a flat in Officers Enclave in South Gurgaon . We booked this flat and we categorically asked that if we cancel this booking what will be the charges. The concerned person Sandeep kumar told us that there will be minimal charges of 5k and rest of the money will be returned in 30 days. We paid 1 lac as booking amount and 17.5k as Service fee to Investors Clinic. We have done all transaction in Cheque and if require we can submit the proof. We have been writing innumerable mails and calls but till today we have not received a single penny from them. This flat was booked by my Father in law and is a heart patient too. This money is his hard earned money and despite regular request they are notrefunding it. Request you to kindly take proper action asap.
