Delay in providing internet connection

I contacted Mr Pavan(8725015417) from Ynetworks on 2 June'2016. On call he requested me to provide documents on his whatsapp number (9888988922). So i provided him address proof and id proof on his whatsapp number. He told me about 1 month, 3 months, 6 months plans provided by Ynetworks. For 1 MBPS speed, it was 629 per month. And he said if i take 1 month plan then i will have to pay Rs 1000 for installation, Rs 500 for 3 months plan and installation would be free for 6 months plan. Since then it has been 9 days, no one from Ynetworks have called me back and no one visited my place for installation.

Out of curiosity that what is the issue, i contacted Ynetworks 5-6 times but everytime they just assured of providing connection soon. Today they even said, technical person will visit and do the installation. I have called thrice since morning. No one came today for installation. Mr. Pavan (8725015417) who has very eagerly taken documents on whatsapp is not answering phone since past 3 days. Whenever i call ynetworks office, they just transfer my call to someone else. But no is responsible enough to provide correct answer as to when will installation happen. And now a new price list of plans has come according to ynetworks, they can only provide 6 months plan that too at increased price of Rs 743 per month along with charging Rs 500 for installation. I mean what kind of joke is happening in ynetworks.

Such a irresponsible and pathetic company is Ynetworks. Still wondering why Mr Pavan was so eager to take id, address proof from me on his whatsapp number when he has no plan to provide internet connection.
