Refund not paid booked one used car on company website www.droom.in

I have booked one used car on company website www.droom.in and as per the terms the booking advanced INR 8300 will be refund fully in case of not buying the car. But after cancelling the booking still Drrom company has not refund my payment i.e. INR 8300. They are just making us fool and give unjustified reasons.
