I would like report a fraud done by paytm to me. Booked Bus tikect Order id 7737319466. service provider details missing from ticket. Immediately complained paytm. But now got mail from paytm that will not refund. Case Reference No.: 116283305 &115782063. Upon calling customer care prior to journey, they given me 4 contact number of service provider. I called to that all 4 number and got response that we do not proved service fromm DDN to delhi and alos not registerd on paytm. Then Again I informed to Paytm cc, that Service provider is denying the service. CC told to book another ticket and register a case and asked me to wait for 72 hours for resolution. I also told them to call them immediately on same number but customer care denied to do so. Now after 72 hours I was informed that , We could not refund as refund has been declined by service provider. Again calling to CC, I asked me what is the reason, they could not answer me, not provided me bus operator addrss/ email or proof of payment.Paytm care only arguing me that we are only a booking a platform and hold no responsibility after that. They only telling me call to provide number of bus operator.
