Not responding against the AMC purchased from them

i have purchased AMC from MAXPURE on 30/09/2019 for 3 RO water purifiers for 2 years for Amount INR 30000/- BILL NO.3498.
They have not provided any service till date as on 16 July 2020 and on regularly calling to them, neither they are picking call and if sometimes pick then give false promise that our technician will visit next day but no one visiting.
