Complaints against Aqua sure water purifier machine for Water Filter

I have brought a Aqua sure water purifier machine in November 2015 but from the time I have brought this machine there is a problem of non availabiliy of water in the machine. It is not functioning well from the time if have brought this machine. Every time I request for service they take the time of nearly 1 week in spite of the fact that their company says officially that it will not be more than 72 hrs and even if they come for service and do that after so many requests it hardly works well for 10 days and again the same problem arises. I am just fed up of this process of complaining regulalry for the same problem. Therefore I kindly request you to mediate in between and address my grievances.
