I have purchased Livepure Zinger Hot RO on 3rd November 2022 from Flipkart (OD126435236559632000). My RO stopped working on 17th Jul 2023, so I had raised a service request on 20th Jul 23 (JS no- 23072005240359) but did not receive any response. Then I made another request for service on 23rd July (JC no 23072305110091). After getting the message from Livepure, I contacted the assigned service provider, but he refused to visit the house and said that "There is no warranty or guarantee for online purchases”. Then I communicated this issue to customer support team, and they said don’t worry, we will escalate your concern to our escalation officer. After not getting any response from anyone, once again I communicated with customer support team, and they assigned the job to another service provider. Then assigned technician visited my hon=me and said heater of your RO is not working, and spare is not available with us. So, he closed the JC and said comeback after 5 days with spare. Then I contacted him several times, but not got any satisfactory answer.
Once again, I have raised another service request on 9th August of this month, then same technician who visited earlier, called me and said, I can’t do anything, spare is not available with us.
