Sub: complaint against bad service

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had raised a request for re-installation of my Kent RO (KR1912014539) on 24 Dec 23 ( copy enclosed). After 4 days the request is not attended by your service staff. I was trying to communicate with your service staff but they were replying only that request will be attached soon. Even after 27 Dec 23 also no technician has been visited for the request. This kind of pathetic service is not expected from Kent. Finally I am going to buy another Water Purifier for better service and I want full refund of your Kent RO.
