AMC Purchased but no services provided by GANGA PURE RO SERVICES

This Company is doing Fraud by doing AMC and zero service prodive by them.
Dear Sir/Madam,
We have purchased Annual Mantainence Contract(AMC) from Ganga Pure RO Service on 20th Dec 2017, Reciept No:3318 Registered at below address:
H-25 Kamal Tower, Top Floor, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092

Just after 3 weeks RO is not working from 15-Jan-2018 and regigistered complaint with the Ganga RO Services on 15th jan 2018 and we tried a lot to contact company and person but no-one is responding and not even picking the calls.
We paid Rs- 3600/- Via Cash but we are felt cheated no-one is responding from last 6 Months. we purchased a new RO due to that.
We are cheated much and need immediate action on the service provider and the compensation paid in lieu of AMC Contract.
