I brought Aquaguard water purifier on 10th Novemebr 2015 but it hardly worked properly for a month. Since then I am complaining reguarly for the defect. And the defect is it stops giving water but the company person is not listining to the complain properly. Their serviceman comes and do the service which hardly work for 10 days and then again problem occurs. Every 10-15 days it stops working and service engineer dont turnup for 2 or 3 days .When i called customer care for refund or replacement with new one ,they said that they cannot do that.

I'm totally exhausted by calling there customer care every time .I have complained in the shop also from where it have brought that product but they are saying it is not our responsibility.

    I bought aqua gaurd HD water purifier on sep 2015.. since then water purifies for 10 days after that machine stops for working... I registered coplaint for that bur no use.. After 1 year I again registered compaint the service man directly told that replace every part and it's cost 5000.. without seeing machine.. now on word I will pay 5000 for replacements otherwise the machine is dummy.. It is really fraud .. Help me for this

    I purchased aquaguard Reviva UV NXT model on June2019.In December 2019 it started giving problem.I lodged complain.The serviceman came and told there is problem of water pressure.He changed one filter and the unit started working .In 2020 10th Jan thesame problem arised.It was hardly one month after the candle being changed.This time the service person said to install a booster pump.After that also the filter was not working.
    Then again the filter was changed.still there was leakage problem.Again complain lodged the person came and change all the filters and corrected the leakage by adhesive tapes all around.when I asked whether the same copper filter has been placed as per mentioned in the machine he said yes.Now I notoced that the filter changed was not the same.when I told that I m taking this matter up,the person came and says to give him all the changed filters.I refused to give then He said that the fiter is not active copper one and he will again chage it.I am shocked how these people
    Make fool of the customers.I want an immediate action to this matter and demand that the whole machine to be changed as it os in warranty period.such a bad experience I never had in my life time

    For the last 4 months I am facing the problem of water leakage in my Genius plus Eureka Forbes water purifier. Some technician came attended, they just cleaned or replaced some parts without understanding fault. After the technician leaves the work spot the problem starts again. Now for the last fifteen days nobody has taken care instead of repeated complaints. Every time they say a technician will attend within 24 hours. That 24 hours never came. My last complaint is on 19-12-23. Still waiting for the technician. Even after paying some Rs,6000 for AMC I am waiting for the technician. and purchasing packaged water from outside.
