No after sales service complain for Aquaguard magna hd ro+uv in kanpur

I am Manisha Das and on 1 june 2015 I bought a Aquaguard magna hd ro+uv in kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. While purchasing the product i was given high assurances of servicing and maintainence by the representatives of eureka forbes. But since 11 months now not even a single servicing is done. Recently i have shifted to fatehgarh in uttar pradesh and had a problem with my ro. I tried to call up their customer care and even left written complaints about the product but in vain. No body turned up or even tried to solve my problem. ultimately i had to hire a local mechanic to rectify my issue who charged me rupees 6500 quoting it to be some internal fault in the machine. I am being unnecessarily harrased by eureka forbes and their fake claims of after sales service.
