Eureka Forbes company to provide annual maintenance AMC are false

My Annual Maintenance Contract receipt number is 25676362 . It is valid from 27/11/15 to 26/11/17l . I have approached the company many times with the following request details,1005825116 dated 16 july,008841642 dated 28 july,0088416412 dated 01 August for maintenance of my RO but there has been no response from the company. Now the company has even stopped attending my telephone calls. My family is forced to drink water with impurities which is severely affecting the health of my old mother and my family. All promises made by the company to provide annual maintenance are false , they lure the customers by promising to provide annual maintenance but once the customer pays the money in advance for the maintenance contract the company begins cheating on the customer. I had paid Rs 7820/- for the annual maintenance, the same may please be refunded.
